REFUND POLICY

All purchases made on the Luminous Network store are final. We do not offer refunds unless there is a valid issue with your purchase such as not receiving your rank or package after payment, a technical error that prevented delivery, or a duplicate charge. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please open a support ticket in our Discord server and provide your transaction ID, Minecraft username, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from the server and store. By purchasing from the Luminous Network store you agree to this refund policy.
